I don't know when I will be able to post pictures on here again. My computer is refusing to put pictures on the internet; every time I try it shuts down. *shrugs* I don't know why.
So anyway, we will be working to fix that problem, and until then, you'll just have to somehow manage without my pictures. Hard, I know, but what else can I do? ;)

I love to take pictures, and needed something to do with them all. Hence the blog. All the photos on here have been taken by me unless stated otherwise. Also, they have not been digitally altered, unless stated otherwise.

Flowers
I love taking pictures of flowers. I like it, that is, when they turn out correctly! So often they're unfocused and blury. Here are a few of the ones that worked out right.
Morning Glories
Purple hostas
Unidentified (If you could help me with this, I'd be quite grateful)
And I couldn't help including this picture, even though it's not a flower. I was baking cookies earlier this month, when I saw this. It was not planned. :)

Buddies
Two weeks ago at my church softball game, I noticed a picture just waiting to be taken.
The little one had adopted the big one, and sat with him through most of the game. :) Now, aren't those cute pictures? Especially the first one. And the colors are just about perfect, I think.

Sunsets
My bedroom window faces west, I always have a good view of the setting sun.
The tree itself isn't terribly beautiful, but the branches against the sky.....
The first photo was taken with my camera's regular settings. The second is using the 'sunsets' setting, which seems to make it more orange.
The day's almost done,
Our smiles and laughter
Are now sweet memories,
Like the setting sun.
.
Must I run
And leave behind
The brilliant colors
Of a setting sun?
The tree itself isn't terribly beautiful, but the branches against the sky.....
The first photo was taken with my camera's regular settings. The second is using the 'sunsets' setting, which seems to make it more orange.
Slightly further from the bright colors were soft pastels, which softened the black of the trees some.
